The Positive Push is here to give expectant parents the information, tools and hypnobirthing techniques they need to feel empowered, confident and excited to have a positive birth.

My hypnobirthing journey began after the birth of my first daughter, which was labeled a "traumatic birth." I now realize this stemmed from a lack of understanding about the physical process of labor and my rights and options during birth.

With my second daughter, I was determined to change my birth story and embrace the beauty and positivity of labor.

Hypnobirthing gave me the tools to make that day incredibly empowering and beautiful. After this life-changing experience, I felt compelled to share these tools with others so they too could experience the magic.

I really want my courses to be accessible to all and so I offer two different courses for hypnobirthing and one aimed at parents who are having an elective c-section (I am especially excited about this one having had an emergency c-section myself).
