Description

This pre-natal class will combine the safest and most effective Pilates mat and reformer movements to help you manage the physical changes and postural demands throughout your second and third trimesters, and to prepare you mentally and physically for the birth of your baby.

An opportunity for some much needed ‘me-time’, to meet and share your journey with other expectant mums at different stages of pregnancy.

We welcome you to class after your12 week scan.
