THE WILDERNESS GROVE

​Acorns sessions are Forest School sessions for children aged 0-5 years and their parents/carers.
Each session there will be a range of activities led by the Forest School leader if children want to participate.

We plan and organise a craft activity each week developing fine and gross motor skills, developing language and communication and facilitating new sensory experiences.

Equipment, trails and exciting things for the children to discover are dotted around the woods to engage their imagination. Mud kitchen, water table, weaving loom, dens, hammocks, woodland creatures and much more..

The woodland is a lovely place to meet families with similar values and to have a natter with a cup of tea around the fire!

If you are new to Acorns and would like to come along and give Forest School a try, you can book an introductory individual session.

Individual Session £8 per child (Siblings after first child £7) ​

After which we take block bookings of 6 prepaid sessions. Forest School is intended to be a long-term process to develop a child's confidence and give their learning direction through a nature connection.

6-session block £48 per child (siblings after first child £42)

If you are unable to join us in the woodland, we ask for a minimum of 7 days' notice and your payments will be continued onto the following week.
