Toddler Yoga classes are fun, letting parents and children move and stretch their bodies in different ways. Each class is themed from superheroes to space, the classes will give them a chance to learn different breathing techniques, connect to their bodies, build strength, balance and improve focus whilst also giving them tools to help them relax.
