We practice Yoga in a fluid style, focusing on issues that are particularly relevant during pregnancy.
Many women come to Yoga for the first time during pregnancy, and the class is suitable for beginners.
Laura has taught pregnancy yoga since 1995 and trained with Janet Balaskas at the The Active Birth Centre, Uma Dinsmore-Tuli & Francoise Feldman at Birthlight , & Gurmukh Khalsa for Khalsa Way Prenatal Yoga.
This experience, combined with her own pregnancies, has helped her develop a practice with many benefits: -

There is plenty of time and space to make new friends, pick up advice, ask questions & pass on insights.
Wear, or change into, really comfortable clothing ready for movement.
No need to bring your own mat unless you want to.
We have all the props you will use at The Yoga Hall.
