During this class, mothers recover little by little - with gentle and relaxing postures which strengthen muscles and the perineum - while bonding with their babies through baby songs, movements and massages - a wonderful way to support and stimulate your baby's digestive and nervous system :)
Expect to have fun with your baby and to feel energised, calm and connected.
The class is suitable for mothers from 6 weeks post birth. No previous experience of yoga is necessary.
*PLEASE KINDLY NOTE THAT THERE IS A STAIRCASE TO ACCESS THE STUDIO SO YOU MAY PREFER TO COME WITH A CARRIER
