Movers & Shakers is our joyful mixed-age Stage Tots class — perfect for siblings, friends and little ones of different ages learning and growing together in one magical space ✨

Created with busy families in mind, this session brings children together through;

And all within the nurturing and welcoming environment of our Stage Tots classes 🩵🤍

Every session is packed full of fun, interactive songs, creative play and engaging activities carefully adapted so babies, toddlers and preschoolers can all take part at their own level. 

From gentle sensory moments for the littlest movers to energetic musical movement and prop for our confident shakers, each child is encouraged to explore, express themselves and build confidence through play 💛

Welcome!

You don’t need to bring anything to class, other than a blanket to place on top your mats if you are bringing a little one that is unable to sit up unaided, also please arrive only 5 minutes before classes begin to allow us to complete a deep cleanse of the room in between classes.


You are of course welcome to feed and change your little one during or at the end of the classes, we are a relaxed class experience and we want to make you and your little one feel as comfortable as possible.
