Discover the joy of baby signing with TinyTalk Dundee. Our baby signing classes are a great way to bond with your new baby while learning a life skill together. We aim to help all babies learn to communicate effectively prior to speech development and to support the speech as they grow.

Each week you and your baby will learn 5-6 new BSL signs based on our weekly theme. Themes are designed to cover all of babies basic wants and needs such as all about my family, bedtime routines, teddy bear picnics(snacks) and many more. Over a year you can learn more then 150 different BSL signs to use at home with your little one. We reinforce learning through singing well known nursery rhymes, stories and through sensory play.

Although our main aim is communication, our sensory activities are designed to aid other areas of development including: fine and gross motor skills; hand eye coordination; spacial awareness; visual tracking; imitation and so much more! Babies can explore a range of colourful props, puppets and sensory tools each week.

After our structured learning time babies have time to play independently while their big people have time to chat over tea and biscuits! This is a great way to gain support and advice from other parents and carers and to form new friendships. We understand it takes a village to raise a baby! And sometimes we all just need to know other people are going through the same thing! Our social times are so valuable to our new families and we love getting to know you all!
