TOTS PLAY

From 8 weeks to 3 years Family Tots gives you the chance to all come and enjoy the fun of Tots Play. Yoga, Sign Language, Sensory Play, Story Massage (and don’t forget the bubbles!) held in a local residential home for older people. Something for the young - and the young at heart - to all enjoy!

**Heartwarming Care Home Sessions**

**All Ages Welcome!**

Join us for a truly special and enriching experience at our local care homes, where we bring together the young and the elderly for moments of joy and connection.

- **Yoga & Songs**: Start with 30 minutes of baby yoga and uplifting songs that everyone can enjoy, regardless of age. It’s a wonderful way to relax, and bond through music.

- **Chat & Cuddles**: After yoga, spend another 30 minutes chatting with the residents. Share stories, smiles, and if you and your little one are comfortable, enjoy some cuddles with the residents who often find this part especially heartwarming.

*Please Note*: The care homes love to capture these beautiful moments to share with residents' families, so photos may be taken during the sessions. These images help show families how much joy these interactions bring to their loved ones.
