Description

This is a lovely gentle, relaxing 5 week course for you AND your baby, with activities to help you bond, play and really get to know each other, plus time for you to relax and enjoy special time together and build connections with other new parents too. We'll also be focusing on own your happiness and wellbeing as a parent, as we introduce some simple ideas and techniques plus time for relaxation, to help you more easily navigate these early stages of parenthood.
