Enjoy a range of activities to help you bond, play and really get to know each other, plus time for you to relax and enjoy special time together and build connections with other new parents too.
We'll also be focusing on own your happiness and wellbeing as a parent, as we introduce some simple, but hugely valuable, science based, techniques and ideas to help you feel calmer, more confident and more easily able to navigate these early stages of parenthood - all designed to fit into life with a newborn.
Come and join me for some calming time away from the stresses of everyday life, for you and your baby to enjoy together, where we guarantee you’ll leave feeling a little (or a lot) more replenished than when you arrived.
