Having done this course with my first born I can vouch personally for the content of these classes and the geek in me loves how everything we do is designed to benefit your babies development. The course is 5 or 6 weeks ( depending on time of year and runs half termly. All activities are taken at yours and your babies pace*baby massage *baby yoga * baby sign language *calming strategies and tummy time activities .
