Suitable for toddlers & preschoolers (1.5-4 years)

Date/Time: Mondays 10-11am (during school term, no class on 6th May - bank holiday and 27th May - half term), ends on 26th of June.

These classes provide specially designed practices to enhance body awareness, strength and flexibility as well as playful interaction between parent/carer and child.
Classes include gentle moves, stretches and yoga practices as well as songs, rhymes, music, props, games, stories and relaxation in a fun and age-appropriate way.
At the end of the session the children enjoy a cup of herbal tea together and a little snack. Carers are welcome to join in the fun or drop off the children (if they are 2+ years old and depending on their level of independence).
