Join us for some fun & relaxed yoga and enjoy spending quality & nurturing time with your baby. These classes provide specially designed practices to enhance playful interaction between parent/carer and baby (from 6 weeks - 12 months). Baby yoga promotes bonding, healthy development and wellbeing by stimulating all of the babies’ senses with movement, rhythm and relaxation. Classes include various stretching exercises, holds and moves, gentle body strokes as well as songs and rhymes, games and relaxation. Baby Yoga is beneficial for all participants, you don’t need to practice yoga or even know anything about yoga to get started. Mums, dads, grand parents, nannies, siblings all welcome!

Yoga mats and props are provided.

At the end of the class, there is time for mums/carers to feed or change their babies and to enjoy a cup of herbal tea and a little snack together.
