UP ALL NIGHT BABY RAVE

💜Up all night baby rave💜 is about the simple pleasures of daytime dancing with club vibes, in a baby-friendly setting. This weekly group is for anyone who (like me) needs their regular fix of music and dancing! Expect an eclectic mix of uplifting electronic dance music. This is time for you to unwind and then recharge... ready to face the day (again)!

Making it simple..
✅free car park with plenty of spaces
✅pram accessible- ramp
❎No need to dress up- getting dressed can already be challenge enough!
❎No choreography or dance moves. Move as you want to move, or not at all!

What will my baby make of it?
😍Disco lights, bubbles and ribbons will be a visual sensory experience
🎶Rhythmic music can be calming for babies as it mimics their fast heartbeats. Carrying your baby while you dance is likely to send them to sleep!
💕There is nothing babies want more than a happy caregiver. If you're happy and relaxed, they are likely to feel the same

Note: Noise levels will be kept within safe levels for babies, but baby ear defenders are welcome (see if you can bag a pair on fb marketplace or Vinted)

Carpark with lots of spaces available. Access disco room through fire exit with ramp. Store room straight ahead for prams.
