Description

I am a Holistic Core Restore® coach and an expert in supporting women with pelvic floor dysfunction and diastasis – always ensuring exercises are changed for those needing to be more careful. These classes are designed for new mums and their babies to start their health and fitness journey following giving birth. The classes are suitable for mums six weeks post birth and 10 weeks post c-section.

Classes are outside in the fresh air which is great for both mums and babies. It is so important to get outdoors and these sessions are about gently getting back to exercise no matter what sort of birth you have had. It is about building the strong foundation – building from within out.
