Our pre-school gymnastics sessions are the perfect way to boost confidence, coordination and social skills through fun, movement and play!

👶 Parent & Child (ages 18 months–3 years)

All sessions are led by qualified coaches in a safe and welcoming environment. Whether it’s their very first class or they’re ready to build on skills, we’ve got a class to suit them!

Come and explore the gym jump around and play in a safe environment with British Gymnastics Qualified Coaches on hand to help out. This semi structured session is a great introduction to gymnastics and Fundamental movements using gymnastics equipment and hand apparatus. Work your way around the work stations in the gym starting and finishing with a group activity or song. Great fun for all!
