Description
Introduce your little one to the wonderful world of yoga with WeAre4Kids’ baby yoga classes. Designed for babies from approximately 2 months to crawling, our gentle stretches and core-building exercises promote flexibility, relaxation, and good sleep. Not only is it great for baby, but it also offers conditioning and strengthening exercises for parents too. Our classes are fun, relaxed, and include music and bubbles to keep everyone happy. Join us for a bonding experience like no other.
It is advisable for adults to wear clothing which will allow a free range of movement
