Step into a cosy, creative winter workshop with We Make Stories where families design and bring to life their very own puppets inspired by a classic seasonal tale!

In this joyful, hands-on session, children (ages 6–11) and their grown-ups will explore The Elves and the Shoemaker through storytelling, art, and imagination. Together, you’ll design and craft unique puppets based on the story’s characters, then use them to rehearse and perform a short scene full of festive magic and fun.

Our experienced facilitators will guide you through every step — from sketching ideas and building your puppet to exploring movement and storytelling techniques. At the end, you’ll take your handmade puppet home as a keepsake to continue the story all winter long.

No experience needed — just curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to make a little mess! Join us for a heart-warming, family-friendly workshop that celebrates storytelling, teamwork, and the joy of making something together.
