This isn’t your average “mum and baby yoga” class. And it’s definitely not a scary bootcamp! Led by Emma a Pre & Post-Natal Specialist PT (who’s a mum too!), this is a 6-week progressive strength program focused on empowerment. It’s fitness that feels like a conversation, not a competition.
A fitness class that you don't need to find childcare to attend!
There is a pram and coat/shoe park at the entrance. Class is down stairs (quite narrow steep staircase)
