Join Emily for this six-week course specifically designed to allow you to safely exercise to regain your strength, pelvic floor and deep core, with or without your baby by your side.
This course aim will provide you with the foundational strength needed to get you feeling like yourself again, alongside other new mums.
Postnatal yoga is a brilliant form of self-care to enable you to re-connect, heal, and re-strengthen your postpartum body.
Suitable from 6 weeks after a vaginal birth, or 8 weeks after a c-section, please make sure to get the all clear from your GP before you start classes, so exercises can be safely tailored.
Park access, we also provide all equipment, baby toys, change mat and 2 baby bjorn bouncers to share!
