For mums-to-be from 13 weeks, these classes will help prepare body and mind for labour and motherhood. Practising pregnancy yoga can help adapt to changes in the body, reduce fatigue and tension while promoting strength, flexibility, increased energy and circulation. It’s also a great opportunity to meet other local mums-to-be!
