A nurturing 4-week journey of Baby Massage, bonding, connection & intuitive parenting.

Step into a cosy, calm space with your baby- Free from overstimulation.

Where soft natural lighting, warmth and slow movements offer deep connection. In these small group classes, you'll learn nurturing massage techniques to support your baby's development, soothe common discomforts and strengthen your bond- all while being gently held as a parent.

We weave together:

🌿Baby Massage techniques for different body areas

🌿Connection & cues of your baby to tune into their needs

🌿Gentle, guided insights into intuitive parenting

🌿Safe space for sharing, resting & deepening trust

What to expect each week:

🌼 Week 1: Legs & Feet- Introducing baby massage, relaxing techniques & benefits

🌼 Week 2: Tummy- Massaging to relieve trapped wind & constipation discomfort

🌼 Week 3: Arms & Chest- Supporting blood circulation, healthy immunity & connection

🌼 Week 4: Face & Back- Comforting teething pain with massage techniques & calming overstimulation Each week builds on the last, giving you simple, powerful tools to use everyday.

What to bring:

° Towel for your baby to lay on

° A drink for you & baby

° Cushion for your own comfort if you'd like

At the end of the course you will receive a Certificate of Completion in Baby Massage with Wildflowers Baby Wellness.

There will be an option to continue in rolling classes if you wish to continue your journey with us.
