Description
An exercise class that helps Mums focus on restrengthening stretched and weakened muscles left over from Pregnancy and Birth. Focusing on tummy and pelvic floor muscles and body strength. We use resistance bands, body weight and low impact cardio.
Located at The Pavillion at Graylingwell, off College Lane.
