Suitable for all babies and parents from around 8 weeks up to crawling. Fun moves for you and your baby with termly themed songs and optional fancy dress for the last class. Watch your baby love the sensory baby yoga balls. Encourages each development stage and you also get to gently stretch away aches, care for your pelvic floor and both relax. Great, great fun with guaranteed smiles.
