Description
Children’s yoga & mindfulness classes full of poses, songs, games, crafts and fun stories!
Yoga peaches is a place for children to express themselves through yoga poses & games, mindfulness crafts and relax with a short guided imagery or story. Yoga helps children to strengthen many things such as their posture, concentration and patience whilst following fun stories and mindfulness activities. Yoga allows children to follow their instincts and trust themselves therefore building confidence.
Each week we will follow a different topic learning about our world and all that lives in it. We will have moments of stillness and moments to energise our bodies in poses and songs, following the children’s interests & needs.
