Suitable from 4 weeks of age until babies are on the move.

Each week we will cover a new area of the body -

1. Legs & Feet
2. Tummy, recap legs & feet
3. Chest, arms, head & face recap tummy
4. Back, recap chest, arms, head & face
5. Full body massage

Baby massage has many benefits including, aiding circulation, digestion, bonding, and helping to ease colic & reflux. Helping to develop co-ordination, body awareness and reducing stress. Promoting relaxation and deeper, longer sleep.

Each class also includes parent stretches and relaxing mediation to end.
