Baby Yoga & Massage with festive songs, hot chocolate & Christmas fun!

Our baby yoga & baby massage classes are a calming, playful experience for you and your little one - and this class is filled with Christmas cheer.

The session will begin with relaxing, developmentally supportive yoga, filled with gentle stretches, songs, and movement to support baby’s motor skills and sensory awareness, while giving parents space to breathe, move and connect. After yoga, there will be a period of mindful relaxation & baby massage.

We will then transition into a Little Coffee Break - where you can enjoy a hot chocolate, connect with others, and let babies explore sensory toys while you take part in a fun, seasonal quiz.

You’ll leave feeling refreshed, festive, and even closer to your little one.

Headley Village Hall is on the A339, next to St Peter's Church.
There is plenty of parking, and you're welcome to bring prams in if needed.
