Description
At Yogle we believe kind, happy and mindful adults start out as kind, happy and mindful children!
Yogle classes offer a safe environment for kids to learn and grow through yoga asanas, conscious breathing and mindful games - all with animal-inspired themes.
Class structure:
+Introductions with connecting circle welcoming everyone
+Yoga breath - Different breathing techniques (lion breath, humming bee breath, balloon breath to name a few)
+Warm up - 10-minute warm up and sun salutations w music
+Themed class - 20-minute yoga flow based on the week's theme
+Yoga games & closing - Yoga games and books, affirmations and savasana w closing music
Kids yoga is so much more than just yoga, it's an adventure - a global adventure where we learn all about continents, countries, animals it inhabits, different cultures and so much more. It's a world of exploration through music, games, stories, props and most importantly, fun and laughter.
