Did you know that it’s the Mountain Witch who makes the seasons come and go? Join her on a playful journey around the year featuring movement, song and live cello. A joyous and creative experience for children and their adults inspired by children’s connection with the natural world.
Led by Speedwell Dance’s Artistic Director Rachel Dean and cellist Michael Bardon.
About Children & Their Grown Ups Festival
This is a Pay What You Can event as part of Yorkshire Dance’s Children & Their Grown Ups Festival, a playful one-day festival about falling in love with the planet.
There is step free access throughout the building and wheelchair spaces are available. Our building contains baby changing, free drinking water and a rest space. A room to leave prams is available throughout the festival. Chest or breast feeding is welcome throughout the venue. Full access information for Yorkshire Dance is available here.
Yorkshire Dance aims to be an accessible and inclusive place for all. We create a ‘braver space’, where you feel able to express yourself in a supportive and empowering way. You will be welcomed and treated with respect by Yorkshire Dance staff and we expect and encourage everyone at Encounters to do the same. Learn more about our Braver Spaces Policy here.
