This Sauna session is for YOU, the parent.

Bring your under 1 in their buggy and place them in view of the sauna. Enjoy some much needed you time in the sauna, reset your nervous system with the cold plunge and relax in the hot tub!

We will pop a sticker on your little one's buggy with their name on so we can pop our head in the sauna and let you know if they're fussing or crying.

Brighton’s YOYO SAUNA is a Finnish style community sauna clad with aromatic aspen wood with a glowing Himalayan salt brick wall inside. Nestled in a plant filled, secure gated courtyard in the heart of Brighton's North Laine. The sauna garden is glass roofed and has a 10 meter living wall, huge whiskey barrel cold plunge and spacious hot tub.

£10 for 60 minutes.

Bring two towels (one for sitting on in the sauna and the other for after you shower) and your sliders / flip flops.
