My classes are designed for parents with babies from 3 weeks to pre-crawling, offering a safe, nurturing environment where you can learn massage techniques to help with colic, sleep, digestion, and relaxation.

Each 90-minute session is about more than just massage – it’s a chance to ask questions, receive postnatal guidance from a midwife, and connect with other parents. You’ll never feel rushed, and there’s even an opportunity to weigh your baby for peace of mind.
