My two-hour Introduction to Solids Workshops  are designed to guide parents and grandparents through this exciting stage with confidence and reassurance.

Led by myself, these sessions provide a relaxed, supportive environment to help you and your baby enjoy the weaning journey together.

IIntroducing solids to your baby is a key milestone in your baby’s growth a time filled with curiosity, learning, and connection, and let's be truthful - quite a frightening thought for many parents. Through evidence-based guidance , you’ll gain the skills and confidence to support your baby’s development while creating joyful mealtime memories.

You’ll learn about:

* Infant-Led Weaning: Encourage your baby’s independence as they explore food at their own pace.


* Safe Eating Practices: Understand how to introduce new textures safely, reduce choking risks, and create positive feeding habits.


* Responsive Feeding: Learn to recognise hunger and fullness cues to build trust and enjoyment at mealtimes.

* I also do a refresher on how to help a choking baby during this class too using manikins.
