Postnatal Classes for Parents
These sessions are a gentle and supportive way to:
- Move your body and rebuild strength after birth
- Reconnect with your core and pelvic floor
- Meet and connect with other local mums
Babies are very welcome from 10 weeks to pre-crawling. I’ll have a cosy little area set up for them, and you’re welcome to bring carriers along too.
Please ensure you’ve had your postnatal check-up and received the all-clear from your healthcare provider before starting. Also, the gym only has step-free access, so no buggies are allowed, unfortunately.
