Description

Join us to learn a series of strokes that support healthy development, aid restful sleep and help alleviate symptoms of common ailments such as colic and reflux.

This class is perfect for babies who are not yet on the move and cannot roll, turn over or crawl. The age range is only a guideline so please select which class is most appropriate for your little one.

Please bring a towel or a blanket for baby to lie on. Grapeseed oil will be provided. Please let Ali know if there are any allergies to this.
