Description

Baby yoga is a fun yet calm class where parent and baby can have fun through movement and song.

Join us to move, sing and learn some movements and postures that support healthy development, aid restful sleep and can help alleviate symptoms of common ailments such as constipation and reflux.

This class is most suited to babies who are not yet on the move and cannot roll, turn over or crawl. The age range is only a guideline so please select which class is most appropriate for your little one.

Please bring a towel or a blanket for baby to lie on.
