What to do if things change and what your birth partner can do to support you, helping you (and themselves) relax

The material is designed to give you a practical plan; helping you feel calm and prepared to manage labour.

Over a number of sessions (usually 3 evenings) we practice the hypnosis relaxations, massage techniques and positions for birth together so you know what to do. We also spend time working through challenges that birth can bring up such as inductions or interventions. Talking through scenarios and knowing what your options are help ensure you are well prepared no matter what.

You can book onto a course from 20 weeks, and it’s ideal to attend with your birth partner.
