Description
This parent and baby/toddler class is a great way to get active and have fun with your little one, whilst also learning some calming breathing and relaxation techniques. This is the perfect follow on from "baby yoga" once your baby is mobile, and is suitable for crawling and walking babies. Movements and postures help with physical development, and are increasingly exciting to match your little explorer! It is fine if they don't join in the whole class, they may observe and copy when you least expect. There is also yoga for mums - sneak it in with songs, games and holds with the babies.
