Description

Baby and Postnatal Yoga is a warm, welcoming class suitable from birth until crawling. You will learn massage and yoga tools to move your baby and your beautiful postnatal body. It can help your postnatal recovery, aid your baby's digestion and sleep and works with their development.
This class in outside in Catton Park picnic area, or inside the lodge if we need to.
