Our Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga classes offer a safe, nurturing space to support you through every stage of motherhood from bump to baby and beyond. Whether you are expecting your first child or returning after previous pregnancies, these gentle, accessible sessions are designed to help you feel strong, calm and connected.

During pregnancy, yoga helps to ease common discomforts such as back pain, tight hips and fatigue, while also improving posture, circulation and relaxation. Each class includes breathwork, mindful movement and guided relaxation to prepare your body and mind for labour and birth. You will learn techniques that can be used during pregnancy and in labour to manage tension, anxiety and pain, helping you feel more confident and in control.

Postnatal yoga focuses on rebuilding strength safely, restoring core and pelvic floor function and supporting your body’s natural recovery process. Sessions also address posture and tension from feeding and carrying your baby, while promoting deep relaxation to counter tiredness and stress.

Our classes are friendly, flexible and completely baby welcoming. You are encouraged to move at your own pace, rest when needed and care for your little one throughout the session. Each class ends with time for stillness, offering a few peaceful moments just for you to reconnect and recharge.

Taught by an experienced, qualified instructor specialising in pregnancy and postnatal yoga, every session is designed with care, safety and compassion at its core. No previous yoga experience is required, just come as you are in comfortable clothes, ready to move, breathe and relax.
