Heidi vandenbroek is a very established pre/post specific pilates professional and owner of Pilates Bumps Beyond Pilates reformer studio and creator of the favoured "Return to Fitness" courses (Est 2012) and a live coach is a certified Pilates Instructor with a passion for helping clients improve their motivation, health, and fitness abilities . She delivers classes and one-to-one coaching sessions with carefully structured and controlled movements for whole body and core strength, coordination and improved performance in daily activities and sports. Her sessions are for everyone – whether looking to recover from or prevent injury, build strength, increase flexibility, or tone up!
