Prenatal Yoga is a tailor-made class for pregnancy (no need to have prior experience in Yoga) which includes Yoga postures, meditation for pregnancy, and breathing exercises that promote relaxation, and prepare you for birth. The specific principles of exercising will help you experience a joyful, pain-free pregnancy, and serve as a prehab for an easier postpartum recovery.

Postnatal Yoga is your time to gently nurture and nourish your body, mind, and heart in a supportive environment, meet your evolving body with love and care, and relax. Curated for mums 6 weeks+ postpartum, this gentle and empowering practice focuses on postpartum recovery, rebuilding and strengthening the connection with your deep core, and promoting healing and integrated well-being without the sense of hurry.

We are a community-centered Yoga studio secluded in the gardens next to the Wandsworth Bridge, with gorgeous river views. With Prenatal and Postnatal classes, our aim is to help you experience a joyful and mindful pregnancy, empowering birth and an integrated postpartum recovery, holding your hand through the rite of passage that pregnancy, birth and transition into a mother are.
