Join Alex and Maddy from SOUL SISTERS FITNESS for an enjoyable full-body workout designed for you and your baby/toddler! Our focus is on rebuilding strength in a safe and welcoming environment. This class is suitable for all levels and abilities, so whether you're a beginner or experienced, you're welcome to join us. Please ensure you've been cleared by your doctor before participating. Let's work out together and have some fun! Oh and of course Papas/Carers are welcome :)

Meet Maddy and Alex, the dynamic sibling duo of Soul Sisters! With over 15 years of expertise in fitness and health, they've made waves in London's fitness scene. Formerly at the helm of the adidas studio for 7 incredible years, they've also collaborated with top Olympic athletes.

Their approach? Taking the seriousness out of fitness and infusing every session with pure fun! Regardless of your fitness level, their classes promise a smile on your face.

Plus, their mama/baby classes are designed to be parent-led, ensuring support for every mama with both sisters present to lend a helping hand! Join Soul Sisters for a fitness experience like no other!
