Sport at the Heart is a social inclusion and sports charity based in Brent - delivering quality, affordable and easily accessible opportunities to the wider community. We are always seeking the needs of the community and tailor our services accordingly. Our mission is for every child, young person and their family, to be given the opportunity to be up-skilled, connected, grow and thrive. We have physical activity sessions for everyone, from toddlers to adults and have an open door policy, so all are welcome.
