A 45 minute strength small group class where mums or dads can bring their baby whilst they workout , babies up to 1.5 welcome as I have a play pen. All abilities welcome I cater the class to each persons stage of their postpartum journey

Hello I’m Rehana co owner of results personal training and mum to 10 month old baby Roman. I have been in the fitness industry for 5 years now and when I got pregnant I decided to go into pre and post natal training. One thing I found hard after having a baby was getting in my workout whilst caring for my newborn so I searched frantically for classes I could take my baby along however option is definitely limited so I started my own class in my studio
