What STRONG MUMS CLUB says
We are an East London based personal training company specialising in postnatal strength training and body transformations. Our mission is to empower new mums to feel strong, healthy and confident in their postnatal body. Whether you're looking for a friendly (mum & baby) strength class, a structured small group personal training program or would prefer to work with us online, we have an option suitable for you, wherever you are and whatever your level.
Our in person classes are located in a beautiful space on the edge of Victoria Park, East London - the perfect location for you to reach your strength goals, get those endorphins flowing and make connections with other local mums.
No need for childcare, babies are welcomed (and fully encouraged) to both personal training sessions and classes.
Strong Mums Club has recently been awarded 'Class Of The Year' at the Active Pregnancy Foundation Awards 2023.
Becs (founder of Strong Mums Club) is a personal trainer with over six years industry experience. She has coached at a variety of London studios including Ministry Of Sound Fitness and, prior to starting Strong Mums Club, spent two years working as a body transformation and fat loss coach at Ultimate Performance (The World's Leading Personal Training Company). Here she helped clients achieve their dream physiques by building muscle and losing body fat whilst improving their overall health with life changing results.
Becs is mum to a toddler (with a second on the way) so knows all too well the strains put on the body during pregnancy and the huge amount of work (and motivation) required to get back on track following birth. She will carefully guide you through each exercise to ensure correct form with lots of encouragement and a few tunes to get you through.
