About

Mr and Mrs Swain are the lead instructors who have a history of medals from World and European championships. They are the associations technical coordinators and also on PUMA's coaching team. We really care about making Taekwon-Do for all, not just those who wish to compete. With Mrs Swain's background as a special needs teacher we are highly adaptable and want to share our knowledge to others.
