What Sweaty Mama says

Sweaty Mama is a unique and effective way to exercise whilst you bond with your child. No need to organise childcare to get to the gym, Sweaty Mama allows you to spend quality time with your child whilst you undertake the workout. Exercises are adapted to suit all ages & development of the child as well as suit the fitness level of the Mama. Over the course of sessions, you gradually build up your fitness level and strengthen your core & posture to rehabilitate your body after having a child. A fab, fun workout to upbeat music both you and your child will love!* With babies, toddlers and Preschoolers all joining in the fun!

Hi, I’m Vicky. I live in New Milton with my husband Mark. We feel very lucky to live here as we have the beauty of the New Forest and the beach very close to us. We love going for long walks around our local area and taking in the scenery.

I am extremely passionate about health and fitness and have been most of my life. I love helping people achieve their goals and love seeing the progress people make along their own health and fitness journey.
Being a mummy doesn’t mean you need to put your own life on hold. I think it is extremely important that as a mum you take time for yourselves and look after yourself so you can be the best version of you for you and your family. I also believe its extremely important for mental health too, especially first times mums who may feel a bit isolated. My classes will give you that sense of community and a chance to build new friendships with like minded people which could last a lifetime.

At Sweaty Mama we understand it can be difficult to do this with little ones. That’s why my classes are designed for Mum and Baby allowing you to still take time for you without the worry of leaving them behind or sorting childcare. My fun, effective and interactive classes are designed for all levels of fitness and I guarantee you’ll leave smiling!

Sweaty Mama to me is so much more than just an exercise class. Its about building a community, bonding with your baby, meeting new people and feeling that sense of belonging whilst looking after your body, aiding in postnatal recovery and also keeping yourself active during your pregnancy. All of that mixed together provide you with that “feel good” feeling plus your little humans are with you along the way too.
