Mama’s Nest is a gentle, 4-week postnatal circle for mothers with babies aged 6 weeks to 6 months (pre-crawling), offering soul-deep rest, nurturing rituals, and heartfelt connection in a baby-led space.
Each 90-minute session includes:
Sacred Baby Massage – Learn intuitive, loving touch to soothe and bond.
Postnatal Rituals – Rebozo-inspired care, breathwork and grounding practices.
Nervous System Nourishment – Sound healing, somatic softening and herbal tea.
Sharing Circle – Be seen, held and honoured in your motherhood journey.
Weekly Honouring Rituals – Sacred space to mark your unfolding and becoming.
You’ll be welcomed exactly as you are — messy, tender, tired and real. Feed, change and rest as needed. There’s no performance here, only presence.
