What The Kookaburra Club says
The Kookaburra Club is a baby/toddler group for Whitby parents. Its main purpose is to encourage and teach parents to sing, chat, read and play with their babies and toddlers. Each session includes sensory activities for the parents and children to participate in, they will also outline the importance of interacting with children to help them achieve their developmental milestones. The Kookaburra Club is also a chance for parents and babies to meet each other. Lots of parents in the area have felt isolated, especially during covid-19 due to the lack of availability of classes and groups in Whitby.
